My mission is simple, to help women step into themselves as leaders and as fully as possible whether you're leading a household, a business or the world!
If you are human you have a nervous system that can become pretty overwheled in todays day and age.
You have also experienced one form of trauma or another.
In order to step into yourself fully and aligned the nervous system needs to be ready and the trauma needs to be releases.
IN THAT ORDER!.
My mission is to help you with all of that and in the process uncover your gifts.
My belief is that a community, a village of women together is the strongest fucking thing out there to date and it's time to bring it back!
My promise is to never overwhelm you but to hold your hand through every step of your journey.

With all of my training in dance, movement, yoga and trauma informed certifications I love to bring women back into their bodies.
We have been taught to disconnect and think logically but we really need to feel.
Coming back home into your body, into your soul and into your true seat of power is the most amazing thing speaking from personal experience.

Experience and Expertise
I'm Heather Carroll. I have over 25 years experience as a dance teacher and 9 years experience as a yoga instructor and personal trainer.
I fully turned to the spiritual journey a few years ago due to experiences in my own life. After addiction ripped me apart, a full blown eating disorder, abusive relationships and narcissistic partners, I'm here to tell you, you can heal and step into your intuition and gifts. I've been moving along the path toward my highest version and best life here on Earth. You can too. I have been channeling breathwork and movement for 1:1 clients, groups and certifications and having amazing results for the last 4 years!
