Have you ever wondered why, even after you've gotten away from the person, place, or institution that had such a hold on you, you still don't feel free?
Maybe it was the narcissistic or abusive relationship. Maybe it was the church that kept its thumb on you. Maybe it was family or friends who were doing more harm than good.
But now what?
You question every move you make. You second guess yourself. Your brain, emotions, and body aren't lining up, and it's confusing. You're still carrying everyone else around you like you always have. The feelings in your body won't go away. You replay the past over and over, trying to figure out what the hell happened.
Part of you still believes you're the problem.
Even after the therapy. Even after the books. Even after all the research. You know there are things to heal, but you can't seem to get to the other side.
You're reacting instead of responding, and you can't understand why.
I want you to know something.
It's not you.
It's because your body learned how to survive.
For years, you were conditioned to question yourself, ignore your intuition, make yourself smaller, and carry things that were never yours to carry.
I know because I've lived it.
After two back-to-back abusive narcissistic relationships and getting sober, to say I was a mess would be an understatement.
After the first relationship, I was a brand-new mom recovering from an emergency C-section while trying to prove I was worthy of being a mother. Growing up Irish Catholic, I believed I should have been married before having a baby. I became Super Mom. Dance teacher. Softball helper. Girl Scouts. PTO. Room mom. I was trying so hard to be everything for everyone because I didn't know who I was without proving my worth.
Then I got married, believing I had finally found the safe relationship.
The control started the moment the wedding was over. The switch flipped.
I was pregnant, isolated, and gaslit to the point that I relapsed and had to get sober all over again.
I fought through the courts for my youngest while constantly asking myself, What if it's me? Maybe he's right. Maybe I'm the narcissist.
Those thoughts didn't disappear because someone told me they weren't true.
They disappeared because I began listening to my body instead of the conditioning.
I breathed my way through the fear. I met my inner child. I unraveled ancestral patterns that never belonged to me. I stopped trying to convince everyone else of my truth and started trusting it myself.
That changed everything.
Today, I no longer live from survival. I don't react the way I used to. I don't need everyone else's approval before making a decision. My body has become my compass.
And that's why I do this work.
Because healing isn't about fixing yourself.
It's about releasing what never belonged to you.
It's remembering who you were before the abuse, the conditioning, the guilt, the shame, and everyone else's expectations convinced you to forget.
Your body already knows the way home.
Sometimes it just needs someone to help you remember.
If you're exhausted from carrying the weight of trauma, people-pleasing, heartbreak, unhealthy relationships, shame, or generations of pain…
Sacral Serenity is your invitation home.
In 10 weeks, you will understand how to no longer let inherited beliefs, old wounds, or other people's expectations determine your next choice.
Through somatic breathwork, movement, tapping, ritual, inner child healing, and ancestral wisdom, you'll gently unravel the stories stored in the body and reconnect with the feminine power that has always lived within you.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you were before survival became your identity.
You deserve to feel safe. Sensual. Creative. Powerful. Absolutely Wildly Alive.
